• Location: Philbrick Field in Farmington Falls on high traffic US Rt. 2 Just 4 miles East of Farmington!
• Dates: Saturday May 26th through Monday May 28th
• Times: 9:00 AM each day until 4:00 PM
• Purpose: Proceeds to benefit Farmington Boy Scout Troop #586 in their efforts to send boys to Scout Camp this coming summer.

Amenities:

• High volume of traffic on busy route 2 with field plainly visible from roadway.
• Plenty of ample parking for customers and vendors.
• 3 day holiday weekend.
• Electricity will be available to test items etc.
• Sheltered area under the large field house.
• Scouts available to assist setting up, carrying large items to vehicles, etc.
• Benefit supper at the Fire station next to the field on Saturday evening bringing more people to the site.
• Small playground for the kids.
• Hotdogs, Chips and soda will be sold onsite by the Scouts each day.
• Scouts with adults will be camping on site through the weekend to keep an eye on things
• Advertising in local papers, posted flyers and on WKTJ 99.3 FM.

Costs etc:

• 8x8 foot area to display your items for sale!
• Any 1 day - $10
• Any 2 days - $18
• All 3 days - $25
• Pay in full prior to May 21st and get an additional 10% discount
• Tables will not be provided
• Sheltered area under the large field house is on a first-come, first-serve basis
• All items can stay overnight through the weekend but must be removed from the field after the long holiday weekend is over.
• Craft vendors will be separate from “lawn sale” type items.
